A Brief Description of Our Collective

We are a collective of about 30 members. Everyone who works at the Cheese Board is a member of the collective with equal decision making power. There is no boss, manager, or non-owner worker. Everyone makes the same hourly wage.

Cheese Board Bread Schedule
Morning Bakery and Coffee Drinks
Monday through Friday

7am to 10am (Coffee, Tea, Pastry and some Breads are available); Saturday we serve drip coffee and tea between 8:30 and 10:00am

 

 

 

Monday - reduced hours, Bakery only 7:00 to 10:00am

also available, whole wheat Uffda Mountain Bread

-City Bread & Batard -Suburban Bread & Batard (early p.m.)

Focaccia (late a.m. & p.m. except Sat. late p.m. only) -Wolverines

-Corn Cherry Scones
-Scone of the day
-Shortbead cookies
-Chocolate things
-Double Chocolate cookies (except Mondays)

TUESDAY WEDNESDAY
-Berkeley Buns -Greek Shepherd Bread
-Cheese Onion Curry (Hobrot) -Rosemary Buns
-Corn Oat Molasses -Sesame Sunflower
-Short Bread (plain, ginger, hazelnut) - Sweet Baguette

-Marble Rye

-Whole grain spelt bread

- Pumpernickel bagles

- Chocolate cakes (while available)
