Weekly Cheese Board Starting Wed (12/9)

 

Here are the cheeses we are highlighting at the shop starting today:

 

Leonora – Fresh Spanish Goat – $12 per half pound

Dutch Girl – Aged Goat Gouda from the Netherlands, a bit more firm and sweeter than Beemster – $9.50 per half pound

The Kiss – New to our shop, this is a creamy cows milk small wheel with a bit of funk – $18 per wheel

Lincolnshire Poacher – From our friends at Neals Yard Dairy, this traditional English bandage-wrapped cheddar style cheese made with raw cow’s milk is one of our favorites – $15 per half pound

Locatelli Pecorino Romano – Bringing back a favorite Pecorino Romano at a great price! – $8 per half pound

 

Available while supplies last! Cheeses may change as things sell out. Come try something new or pick up an old favorite!

 

We are open during the current stay-at-home order

We are masked, distanced, sanitized, and ready to serve you muffins, scones, fresh loaves of bread, hummus, cheese, olives, pizza, green sauce and more!

 

The bakery is open Tuesday-Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (pizzas during this time are par-bakes only).

 

The pizzeria is open Tuesday-Saturday from 5.p.m. to 8 p.m. for fully baked whole and half pizzas.

 

Wear your mask, bring your appetite, and please use a card or electronic payment if at all possible.

Gluten Free Friendly Pizza Information

Ordering Instructions:

If you would like a fully cooked gluten free friendly* pizza, when the pizzeria is open, please let a worker know before you get in line so we can start it for you. This pizza takes 10-15 minutes to bake.

 

Sorry, we cannot take phone orders for the gluten free friendly pizza.

 

Gluten free friendly light bakes are available ~ 10am, at the bakery.

 

*Though many precautions are taken we cannot guarantee this product to be absolutely gluten free. We make this dough in house and the environment has a lot of flour in it. With regrets we cannot recommend this product for those with severe gluten allergies.

Vegan Cheese Ingredients: Organic coconut oil, filtered water, organic cashew, rejuvilac (from sprouted wheat berries), tapioca flour, kappa carrageenan (red seaweed extract), kosher salt. This cheese contains trace amounts of gluten and contains nuts.

Par-Bake Pizza Information

We have par-bake pizzas available at both the bakery and the pizzeria. You can finish them off in your oven at home to enjoy fresh, hot pizza at your convenience.  We have gluten-free friendly and vegan versions available as well, while supplies last.

HEATING Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 400F degrees.  When oven is fully heated place par bake pizza directly on the rack.  Heat for 5-8 minutes.  If the pizza comes with a sauce or salad on the side add it after the pizza is done.  Enjoy!
