We’re accepting applications at our open houses on Sunday 6/11 and Monday 6/19 from noon to 2 at the shop on Shattuck. Come by and say hi and learn if cooperative ownership is for you.
This Saturday 6/10, Fiesta Flamenca joins The Cheese Board Collective Pizzeria’s rotation of live music! From 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Fiesta Flamenca will bring the music and dance, and we’ll have hot pizza with corn, zucchini, onion, feta, mozzarella, garlic olive oil, cilantro, and lime along with green sauce, salad, roasted garlic, cookies, beer, wine, and soft drinks. We’re so happy to have them with us and hope you can stop by!
It has been, as they say, a minute since we’ve served lunch, but we’re excited to be opening for our first lunch in over 3 years this Saturday, April 8!
We’ll be serving hot pizza (and parbakes) from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., while supplies last. Jellyroll will be performing live music, and we’ll have our usual offering of the pizza of the day, salad of the day, green sauce, roasted garlic, cookies, and drinks. Dinner service will start at 5 as usual.
For now, lunch will just be on Saturdays, but we are looking to expand lunch service over time.
