Join us for a very special day on The Cheese Board calendar: The first corn pizza of the season drops this Saturday, May 4th!
We’ll be celebrating with a pizza made with fresh, local corn, poblano chile, onion, feta, mozzarella, garlic olive oil, lime, and cilantro. The salad will have fresh jicama and carrot, organic cabbage, toasted pepita, cotija cheese, and chile-lime vinaigrette. Of course there will be plenty of green sauce on hand, and we’ll have local Mariachis Estrellas de Oro performing at both lunch and dinner.

Join us on Saturday, April 20th as we celebrate South East Asian New Year! We’ll have performances at lunch and dinner by Moonlight Duntrey Srocksrae as well as a papaya salad (vegetarian, of course!) and a special dessert: soft serve ice cream with donut holes and mango sauce. The pizza will be tomato, onion, aged Asiago, mozzarella, fried garlic chips, garlic olive oil, oregano, and parsley. Join us!
Please join us for a pizza-making workshop on Sunday, April 14, 2024. We’ll have 2 sessions that day at 11am and 2pm. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll show you how to spin dough and build a pizza in true Cheese Board fashion. After we bake your pizza for you, you’ll get to garnish and cut it, then enjoy it in the pizzeria along with salad (non-alcoholic drinks and cookies and design-your-own take-home pizza kits will be available for purchase).
