Join the San Francisco Milk Maid for a ‘Pre-Holiday’ cheese lesson on homemade ricotta and mascarpone. In this class we’ll cover  the   nitty-gritty of whole milk, whey or part cream ricottas. We’ll talk about ways to tweak your ricotta to make it the center piece of a cheese board or the key ingredient in hand-made ravioli. Learn how to switch out lemon juice for vinegar or even buttermilk. Then, as the cherry on top, learn a recipe for the most decadent member of the cheese world: mascarpone.

If you would like a fully cooked gluten free friendly* pizza, when the pizzeria is open, please let a worker know before you get in line so we can start it for you. This pizza takes 10-15 minutes to bake.

 

We cannot take phone orders for the gluten free friendly pizza.

 

Gluten free friendly parbakes are available ~ 10am, at the bakery.

 

*Though many precautions are taken we cannot guarantee this product to be absolutely gluten free. We make this dough in house and the environment has a lot of flour in it. With regrets we cannot recommend this product for those with severe gluten allergies.

Vegan Cheese Ingredients: Organic coconut oil, filtered water, organic cashew, rejuvilac (from sprouted wheat berries), tapioca flour, kappa carrageenan (red seaweed extract), kosher salt. This cheese contains trace amounts of gluten and contains nuts.

Parbake Pizza Information

We have parbake pizzas available at both the bakery and the pizzeria. You can finish them off in your oven at home to enjoy fresh, hot pizza at your convenience.  We have gluten-free friendly and vegan versions available as well, while supplies last.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Heat oven to 400°F. When oven is fully heated, take the pizza out of the box and place it directly on the rack. Heat for 5-8 minutes. If the pizza comes with a sauce or salad on the side add it after the pizza is done. Enjoy!
