Tuesday 9/1

Pizza: Organic house made tomato sauce, mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses, arugula in a lemon vinaigrette

Salad:

Wednesday 9/2

Pizza: Bell Pepper, onion, mozzarella and Corsican feta cheeses, olive tapenade, parsley

Salad:

Thursday 9/3

Pizza: Cremini mushroom, onion, mozzarella and fresh goat cheese, garlic olive oil, fresh herbs

Salad:

Friday 9/4

Pizza: Heirloom tomato, red onion, mozzarella and parmigiano cheeses, toasted garlic, olive oil, fresh herbs

Salad:

Saturday 9/5

Pizza: Fresh California corn, local gypsy peppers (from the Peach Farm), red onion, mozzarella and Corsican feta cheeses, garlic olive oil, cilantro, lime

If you would like a fully cooked gluten free pizza, when the pizzeria is open,  please let someone know before you get in line so we can start it for you. This pizza takes 10-15 minutes to bake.  Sorry, we cannot take phone orders for the gluten free friendly pizza. Gluten free friendly light bakes are available ~ 10am, at the bakery. 

 

Though many precautions are taken we cannot guarantee this product to be absolutely gluten free


Our pizzas never have meat and are topped with organic and local ingredients whenever possible. Everything is made fresh daily.

We only take phone orders for 8 or more pizzas.  If you'd like fewer pizzas come by and we will have it for you.
