Pizza: Four cheese pizza: mozzarella, Fontina, local Belfiore ricotta, Parmesan, onion, basil pine nut pesto

Salad: Arugula, roasted asparagus, snap pea, Istara Ossau-Iraty cheese, meyer lemon mint dressing

Wednesday 5/4

Pizza: Crushed tomato, red onion, mozzarella and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, garlic olive oil, parsley, oregano

Salad: Organic mixed greens, radish, persian camber, honey mustard vinaigrette

Thursday 5/5

Pizza: Cremini mushroom, onion, mozzarella and Presidente fresh goat cheese, garlic olive oil, parsley, oregano

Salad: Organic mixed greens, roasted fingerling potato, cornichon, green olive, garlic goat cheese ranch dressing

Friday 5/6

Pizza: Last Asparagus of the season: asparagus, mozzarella and Gruyere cheese, garlic olive oil, parsley, lemon zest

Salad: Organic mixed greens, roasted organic cherry tomato, italian white beans, pickled shallot, sherry vinaigrette

Saturday 5/7

Pizza: Cinco de Mayo Celebration: first corn pizza of the season! California corn, pasilla pepper, onion, mozzarella and Valbreso feta cheese, garlic olive oil, cilantro, lime

Salad: Coleslaw: red and green cabbage, jicama, carrot, toasted spiced pumpkin seed, lemon vinaigrette

Tres Leche Cake with organic strawberries - 5 each


Join us for our annual Cinco de Mayo celebration on Saturday, May 7th featuring:

  • Nine piece Mariachi Band at lunch
  • First corn pizza of the season
  • Tres Leche cake
  • A portion of proceeds to benefit Immigrant rights via the American Immigration Lawyers Association Mesa Verde Pro Bono project 

Our pizzas never have meat and are topped with organic and local ingredients whenever possible. Everything is made fresh daily.

We only take phone orders for 8 or more pizzas.  If you'd like fewer pizzas, come by and we will have your order for you.
