Wednesday 5/22

Fresh asparagus tips, mozzarella, topped with shaved Ossau Iraty cheese, arugula and sliced snap peas tossed in a Meyer lemon vinaigrette... A SPRING DELIGHT!

Thursday 5/23

Fresh California Corn, zucchini, onions, mozzarella and French feta cheese, garlic olive oil, cilantro, key limes.

Friday 5/24

Cremini mushrooms, baby spinach, caramelized onions, mozzarella and fresh Asiago cheese, PINENUTS, garlic olive oil, Italian parsley.

Saturday 5/25

Fresh California Corn, Roma tomatoes, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, garlic olive oil, Italian Parsley
