Cheese Counter

For now, our cheese counter is closed, but you can purchase a delicious selection of cheeses at our walk-up window. Find our cheese menu here.

Remember (if you can) pre-Covid-19, we would select a few especially delicious cheeses and feature them on our blackboard? During this pandemic, we continue to curate and offer specialty cheeses. We love supporting cheese makers and we love tasting and sharing cheese.  You can find weekly featured cheeses posted on our  blog space (blog) or included at the top of our cheese menu here.

 

We are known for our vast selection of cheese that includes many rare and unique cheeses from around the world. We have a consistent collection of customer favorites, a set of cheeses that we rotate through, and new or seasonal cheeses that we have for a limited time. Come to our cheese counter to discover your new favorite cheese! Our members can assist you in building your next cheese plate and finding the right cheese for your tastes.

Gluten Free Friendly Pizza Information

Ordering Instructions:

If you would like a fully cooked gluten free friendly* pizza, when the pizzeria is open, please let a worker know before you get in line so we can start it for you. This pizza takes 10-15 minutes to bake.

 

We cannot take phone orders for the gluten free friendly pizza.

 

Gluten free friendly parbakes are available ~ 10am, at the bakery.

 

*Though many precautions are taken we cannot guarantee this product to be absolutely gluten free. We make this dough in house and the environment has a lot of flour in it. With regrets we cannot recommend this product for those with severe gluten allergies.

 

Ingredients: Pamela’s G.F. Flour Mix (Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Sorghum Flour, Arrowroot Starch, Guar Gum, Sweet Rice Flour, Rice Bran), Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, Xanthum Gum, Yeast, Water, Olive Oil Blend

Vegan Pizza Information

We cannot take phone orders for the vegan pizza.

Vegan Cheese Ingredients: Organic coconut oil, filtered water, organic cashew, rejuvilac (from sprouted wheat berries), tapioca flour, kappa carrageenan (red seaweed extract), kosher salt. This cheese contains trace amounts of gluten and contains nuts.

Parbake Pizza Information

We have parbake pizzas available at both the bakery and the pizzeria. You can finish them off in your oven at home to enjoy fresh, hot pizza at your convenience.  We have gluten-free friendly and vegan versions available as well, while supplies last.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Heat oven to 400°F. When oven is fully heated, take the pizza out of the box and place it directly on the rack. Heat for 5-8 minutes. If the pizza comes with a sauce or salad on the side add it after the pizza is done. Enjoy!
