Pizza: Baby swiss chard, dino kale, leek, mozzarella and Comté cheese, garlic olive oil, orange and lemon zest, parsley

Salad: Organic mixed greens, toasted Walnut, Bernie's apples, goat cheese dressing

Wednesday 2/10

Pizza: Roasted eggplant, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, house made tomato sauce, toasted garlic, basil

Salad: Farro, roasted Brussels sprouts, cucumber, mint, parsley, lemon dressing on a bed of mixed greens

Thursday 2/11

Pizza: Crushed tomato, red onion, mozzarella and Bulgarian feta cheese, garlic olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, cilantro

Salad: TBA

Friday 2/12

Pizza: Cremini mushroom, baby spinach, caramelized onion, mozzarella and fresh Asiago, *pine nut*, garlic olive oil, parsley

Salad: Farmers Market Salad! We go to our local Thursday farmers market and get the best and freshest ingredients for you

Saturday 2/13

Pizza: Valentine's Day Special Pizza! roasted potato, yam, caramelized onion, french Brie and truffled Moliterno Pecorino cheese, chives

Salad: Wild arugula, roasted beet, orange, toasted Pistachio, champagne vinaigrette

Our pizzas never have meat and are topped with organic and local ingredients whenever possible. Everything is made fresh daily.
