Holidays At The Cheese Board

We have a lot of delicious cheeses and holiday treats in the store. Fruit cake and panforte are already available. We will be making stuffing bread, pumpkin bread, gingerbread and lemon almond cake for Thanksgiving.

We will also bake pumpkin rolls, ciabatta rolls, challah rolls and a variety of quick cakes.

For Christmas we will have a other baked goods. Keep posted for more information.

THANKSGIVING

November 24th, 25th and 26th , we are open from 7 am to 6 pm. The Cheese Counter opens at 9 am on November 26.

We will be closed from November 27th through November 30th and reopen on Tuesday, December 2nd.

Christmas

December 22nd, 23, we are open from 7 am to 6 pm. The Cheese Counter opens at 10 am.

December 24th we are open from 7am to 4 pm. The Cheese Counter opens at 10 am.

 

We will be closed on December 25th, 26th, 27th and 28th.

 

 

Gluten Free Friendly Pizza Information

Ordering Instructions:

If you would like a fully cooked gluten-free friendly* pizza, when the pizzeria is open, please let a worker know before you get in line so we can start it for you. This pizza takes 15-20 minutes to bake.

 

We cannot take phone orders for the gluten free friendly pizza.

 

Gluten-free friendly parbakes are available starting at 9 a.m., at the bakery, while supplies last.

 

*This pizza is not 100% gluten-free. While the crust itself is gluten-free, the environment we work in is not, and these crusts will have direct or indirect contact with gluten sources. With regrets we cannot recommend this product for those with severe gluten allergies.

 

Ingredients: Water, rice flour, modified rice starch, potato starch, sugar, tapioca starch, potato flour, canola oil, olive oil, yeast, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, xanthan gum, cultured brown rice

*Though many precautions are taken we cannot guarantee this product to be absolutely vegan. We make this pizza in house and the environment has a lot of cheese and dairy products. With regrets we cannot recommend this product for those with severe gluten allergies, nut allergies, or those concerned about the possibility of non-vegan contamination.

Vegan Cheese Ingredients: Organic coconut oil, filtered water, organic cashew, rejuvilac (from sprouted wheat berries), tapioca flour, kappa carrageenan (red seaweed extract), kosher salt. This cheese contains trace amounts of gluten and contains nuts.

Parbake Pizza Information

We have parbake pizzas available at both the bakery and the pizzeria. You can finish them off in your oven at home to enjoy fresh, hot pizza at your convenience.  We have gluten-free friendly and vegan versions available as well, while supplies last.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Heat oven to 400°F. When oven is fully heated, take the pizza out of the box and place it directly on the rack. Heat for 5-8 minutes. If the pizza comes with a sauce or salad on the side add it after the pizza is done. Enjoy!
