The Cheese Board Collective Pizzeria is now using NUMU plant-based mozzarella for our vegan pizzas. We really like it! It’s mild and melts beautifully and goes great with our vegetarian pizza menu. It’s vegan, nut-free, and dairy-free. It has a base of coconut oil, potato starch, and tapioca starch, and it does contain soy.
It’s available on our vegan pies, either parbaked or hot. We hope you like it as much as we do!

We’ll resume our normal hours on Wednesday, July 5; the Bakery will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the Pizzeria will open from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
